Getting here wasn’t exactly traditional—I tackled consulting recruiting with just two months of prep and ended up with offers from all three MBB firms, as well as private equity analyst programs. Welcome to my profile! I'm Hailey Blain, an MBA Candidate at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a former Senior Research Manager at EAB. With my experience interviewing successfully for MBB firms this year, I have a deep understanding of the industry and how to succeed in consulting recruitment with a very recent lens.
