About Dylan
I graduated Duke in 2016 and joined BCG, where I made Partner after 8 years and sat on the Career Development Committee (CDC) and led office recruiting & interviewing. I am currently leading strategy and transformation efforts for PE-Portfolio Companies, leveraging the skillset I learned at BCG. I know what it takes to successfully land MBB offers and received offers from all 3 firms before ultimately choosing BCG.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I have enjoyed teaching and coaching since high school where I tutored students and in college where I was a TA in Economics.
