When I took the GRE in 2008, I got perfect scores on the quantitative and writing sections and scored in the 99th percentile (750/800) on the verbal section. I have worked as a research assistant in a lab that studies viruses, a biology instructor at a community college, and an informal science educator at a museum and zoo. I scored a perfect 170/170 on the GRE Quantitative section last fall, after there were major changes made to the exam. I have a very strong mathematical background, graduating with dual degrees in Economics and Mathematics.
