About Marwan

Welcome to my coaching profile! My name is Marwan and I'm a former BCG Consultant of 3+ years based out of the Toronto Office who served clients in Canada, the US, and the Middle East. During my time at BCG, I also helped oversee recruiting from Ivey Business School as the Recruiting Co-Captain. I reviewed 500+ resumes, prepared interview shortlists, and conducted first-round interviews for Summer, Full-Time, and Experienced Hire Associates. I believe that my experiences hosting networking events with campus recruiting, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews make me uniquely positioned to help candidates throughout their recruiting journeys. Whether you just determined that you're interested in applying, are looking to polish your resume, or want to get in one last mock interview before your final round interview - I can help! I work collaboratively with all my clients. Every session starts with me listening to your goals in order to better understand how I could help.
