Build your Personal Board - The "Unteachable" Intangibles, Networking Skill

Studied at Stanford University

Works at American Heart Association
Your "Personal Board" is who can facilitate you on your journey to success, much like a company's Board of Advisors. Anyone can develop a Personal Board, and those who choose to do so make their success inevitable!
Stuart was self-taught, rooting from the will to do simple outreach, urged by the stories of Jesse Itzler not being afraid to "pick up the phone and get dialing." Stuart handled all of his college recruitment as an under-rated high school football player, pitching his own value in a manual CRM strategy that eventually led to scholarship offers to universities like Stanford, Northwestern, Duke, Cal Berkeley, Georgia Tech, UNC, Virginia, Vanderbilt, Clemson, and Alabama! This gave him confidence to build a Personal Board as his football career neared its end, with a working-world in sight!
Stuart credits his Personal Board for most of his opportunities & success such as:
- Pitching an entirely new vertical in a job interview, which led to dozens of sales accounts with the world's biggest sports organizations
- Raising $1M for his [failed] software start-up valued at $10M
- Pitching Tunnel to Towers Foundation's [now] Student-Athlete Advocate Program to the organization's executives
- Becoming Appalachian State's top donor personal liaison
- Becoming a Senior Director at the American Heart Association's top performing division
...All within a year out of college!
There are many personal stories that Stuart loves to share about having grit, going the extra mile, and being relentless in making THAT connection to chase your dreams.
Stuart would love to coach you, your friends, your kids, or your parents on the "unteachable" intangibles of success in the real world. Let's build your Personal Board together. Please reach out!
