About Faith
I'm a former McKinsey Associate Partner and HBS graduate with significant experience case interviewing and coaching colleagues and clients. I support clients in prepping for consulting interviews, preparing for the MBA process, and with broader career coaching. I'm passionate about helping individuals step purposefully into the next part of their career journey - whether that's identifying the best fit across consulting firms (and landing the offer!), finding the right MBA program or charting the next chapter of their career (at their current company or a new one!) Why do I coach?
I became a coach because I get energy from supporting people in navigating complex decision points and setting themselves up for success in important personal and career moments. I have personally benefitted from coaching and have been lucky to have mentors over the years who have served as sounding boards through some of life's most significant decision points. I know how much it matters to have an unbiased counselor cheering you on and giving you feedback to make sure you bring your best self to the interview, essay, application, promotion opportunity, etc.
