I've been working as a designer for 9+ years, mainly focused on early-stage startups. If you've been able to work at a startup then you know how it forces you to wear a *lot* of hats in the organization. I also ran a small design studio called Mondays, where we focused on brand, web, and product design for clients ranging from pre-funding startups to billion dollar organizations. I've mentored lots of younger designers and find tremendous fulfillment in helping newer designers hone their skills.

I have coached ton of Product professionals interviewing for Facebook and Google for Product Design case studies. Some of those have landed their gig at Facebook, Uber and LinkedIn. Many have noted that my feedback was the best and the most detailed they have ever obtained and that it has been extremely actionable. I also enjoy coaching teaching a PM Bootcamp at UT Austin and sub as a lecturer at UNC-Chapel Hill and UColumbia.
