I didn’t intern at McKinsey either — I actually applied after a public policy role I had didn’t turn out the way I hoped. Here’s how I can help: I landed the McKinsey offer as a non-traditional applicant from a non-feeder school. If someone like me can break through with the right prep, so can you. As a coach, my first goal is simple: to get you to genuinely believe that you can earn an offer from a top-tier firm like McKinsey, Bain, or BCG. From there, we build a game plan together. I’ve spent years learning the recruiting process inside and out — I still stay connected with current and former recruiters — and I use that insight to coach applicants into offers. I spent 7 years at BCG, from Associate to Project Leader. During this time, I was also first Recruiting Coach and then Interviewer, having coached and interviewed 100+ applicants for Associate & Consultant positions. I did my MBA degree at INSEAD, during which I coached 50+ of my co-students who were trying to get into Consulting. Finally, after leaving consulting, I also intensively coached my wife who as a result got offers from McKinsey, BCG and Bain.
