Hello! As a current MBA candidate at The Wharton School and a former Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), I bring a wealth of experience in navigating stressful application processes. My professional journey started at Cornell University, which led me to strategy and operations at JPMorgan Chase & Co. I then recruiting for management consulting, and received offers from McKinsey and Boston Consulting Group. I joined BCG, and worked across Healthcare, TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom), PIPE (our PE practice), and Consumer. I was highly involved at BCG, including being the Experience Hire Recruiting Lead for the office and being voted as the Cohort Representative for all Consultants. Over the years, I've given over 50 mock case and behavioral interviews to prospective applicants, and I love helping applicants strengthen their skills. My experience with coaching runs beyond BCG. After college, I had a side hustle where I coached high school and college students through college admissions and consulting interview prep (the website is still live if you can find it!). I've successfully coached 20+ clients through the college and consulting application processes, and I'm excited to bring my knowledge and experience to help aspiring management consultants. At BCG, I led recruiting sessions and case practice programs, particularly supporting first-gen/low-income and minority students. I also served as a Peer Mentor supporting new joiners at the firm. At HBS, I serve as both a BCG Ambassador and a Career & Professional Development Student Advisor, helping classmates navigate recruiting and sharpen their case skills through 1:1 prep. During my time at McKinsey I interviewed >100 candidates and sat in >20 decision meetings. I’ll be joining McKinsey in San Francisco full-time after interning at L.E.K. Consulting and KPMG. Beyond firm experience, I served as President of UCLA’s premier consulting organization, UConsulting, where I mentored dozens of students through consulting recruiting and led 10 client projects with Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups. I also organized large-scale networking events and workshops, directly connecting 300+ students with recruiters and consultants from top firms. I know firsthand how opaque and stressful consulting recruiting can feel. Through deliberate, structured practice, I developed a repeatable approach to casing that led to standout performance during interviews and internships. During my consulting internship, I received feedback that my case performance was exemplary, with no material areas for improvement. I now focus on helping candidates break down cases clearly, think like a consultant, and communicate with confidence - so the process becomes faster, more structured, and far less overwhelming. I also support applicants with resumes, behavioral interviews, and role exploration to help them build a strong foundation for success.

I spent over 10 years at Boston Consulting Group, working across Europe, Asia, and North America. During my time at BCG, I served as a global lead recruiter, interviewing hundreds of candidates and touring major BCG offices worldwide to run interviews for all levels: undergraduates, MBAs, PhDs, and senior lateral hires. I still collaborate with BCG as an official coach for the BCG "Consulting Foundation Training", a week-long global onboarding program for new hires, which keeps me fully aligned with BCG’s most up-to-date evaluation criteria. Outside of my official BCG interviewing responsibilities, I have personally coached hundreds of MBB candidates, with most of them securing offers from McKinsey, BCG, or Bain. My coaching approach is structured, fast, and highly practical, focused on what top firms actually test: problem-solving clarity, communication under pressure, and business judgment. I am one of the few community college students that have ever received an offer from MBB. Within a year of learning what consulting even is, I interned at ZS Associates, interviewed at 4 different top consulting firms, and received an offer from McKinsey. I spent about 2 years there as a business analyst before pivoting into product marketing, but I still help many students break into consulting. Some of my previous mentees have gone on to work for BCG, Bain, McKinsey, Mercer, Accenture, EY Parthenon... to name a few. My areas of expertise include the consulting bread and butter (casing, resume revision), but I also arm students with the skills they need to craft memorable stories during the behavioral interview.

Hi! I joined Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant - and rose to Associate Partner, based in New York. During my 8 years at Bain, I was accelerated at each promotion point, and worked out of our New York and London offices. I led recruiting for Associate Consultants (post undergraduate) as well as Consultants (post MBA) in both New York and London. I have coached over 100 individuals, helping them navigate the competitive landscape of management consulting, with a focus on mastering case interviews and refining their applications.
