After rigorous training on how to interview for the top-tier consulting firms, I ran over 140 case studies with peers to prepare myself and my peers for interviews. I am an incoming consultant for MBB and am able to help with both case study and behavioral interview preparation. I helped my coachees to land jobs at Bain, BCG, McKinsey, PwC, EYP, and more. I'm an expert networker and can help you curate a plan to approach your entire application and interview process, including working through an extended timeline to manage the process end-to-end.

My goal is simple: do everything in my power to help folks land and succeed in competitive management consulting or strategy and operations roles.

I’ll be joining McKinsey in San Francisco full-time after interning at L.E.K. Consulting and KPMG. Beyond firm experience, I served as President of UCLA’s premier consulting organization, UConsulting, where I mentored dozens of students through consulting recruiting and led 10 client projects with Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups. I also organized large-scale networking events and workshops, directly connecting 300+ students with recruiters and consultants from top firms. I know firsthand how opaque and stressful consulting recruiting can feel. Through deliberate, structured practice, I developed a repeatable approach to casing that led to standout performance during interviews and internships. During my consulting internship, I received feedback that my case performance was exemplary, with no material areas for improvement. I now focus on helping candidates break down cases clearly, think like a consultant, and communicate with confidence - so the process becomes faster, more structured, and far less overwhelming. I also support applicants with resumes, behavioral interviews, and role exploration to help them build a strong foundation for success.

During my time at McKinsey I interviewed >100 candidates and sat in >20 decision meetings. I understand the difference between “good” and “great” and love breaking down the complex and opaque interview process into manageable - and even fun - prep work. I pride myself in being a great people leader and have coached countless MBA, undergrads, and experienced hires through successful interviews.
