I've been heavily involved in consulting recruiting throughout my career and have seen the process from nearly every angle. As a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (and previously at Deloitte), I've navigated both undergraduate and experienced-hire recruiting myself, participated in recruiting leadership roles, conducted hundreds of coffee chats, led countless mock interviews, and interviewed candidates as part of actual hiring decisions. I spent seven years at McKinsey, all of which served to help me understand with great clarity what consultants (both at their job, and when they're interviewing candidates) care about, look for, and have curiosity toward when it comes to looking for people with the potential to succeed at top consulting firms. I've managed over 70 consultants and coached over 100 individuals on resume prep, behavioral storytelling, and case interviewing. I believe in breaking down each topic into individual frameworks that help you understand not just how to be successful, but also why the approach works, giving you a roadmap for how to continually develop your skills both in our coaching sessions and in your own individual preparation.

As a current BCG Associate, I bring firsthand experience across the full consulting lifecycle—from due diligence to client delivery. I've worked on multi-billion dollar transactions spanning PE buy-sides and sell-sides, evaluated software and infrastructure assets, and independently led workstreams including client-facing demos of analytical tools I built from scratch. My background spans tech, industrial goods, defense, and operations. Before BCG, I interned at Altman Solon, where I developed strategic recommendations by synthesizing data across hundreds of locations and evaluating competitive positioning against 90+ players. I also bring an engineering lens from my time at Hypoflo, a surgical device startup, where I owned projects end-to-end and drove measurable cost savings. I graduated from Dartmouth with a dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Operations Research, and Engineering Sciences plus a minor in Statistics. My team of 2 PhD students and I won first place globally in the 2025 MOPTA optimization competition and I have teaching experience mentoring 200+ students. I understand what it takes to land consulting offers because I've done it, and I'm passionate about helping others navigate the process.

I spent 7 years at Bain & Company in London, leaving as an Associate Partner. During my time there I conducted 100+ live and virtual case and fit interviews — giving me a first-hand view of exactly what separates a borderline candidate from an offer. I also served as On-Campus Lead for Bain's MBA recruiting team, conducting individual coffee chats and case prep for hundreds of students, as well as running large format group case interview prep sessions. I also know this process from the other side of the table: I switched into consulting myself during my MBA (LBS, Class of 2019), and used a coach during that transition myself, which is a big part of why I'm now eager to help others do the same.
