As your life coach, I can help you in various aspects of your life. I can assist you with overcoming procrastination and developing effective time management and organizational skills. I can also guide you in improving communication skills, particularly in areas like presentation skills and cultivating executive presence. I can help you achieve personal goals, such as learning a new skill or achieving a long-term aspiration. Together, we can work towards achieving work-life balance, enabling you to seamlessly integrate your personal and professional lives.

I am an Integral Coaching. What this means is, I work with my clients at the level of the “root cause.” So instead of just being focused on the What and How, we go deep on the Who and it's through that lens we make progress together. I support my clients to connect more fully to their overall life purpose and trajectory, while taking steps to resolve whatever is the most pressing need or opportunity. In addition, I: - View each of my clients as an integrated whole: one who is shaped by their history, circumstances, relationships, and environment - Support my clients in living in a more integrated way: bringing our full selves to every part of life, opening up possibilities, driving sustainable change, and experiencing more fulfillment as a result - Believe development happens not only through insight but through integrating those insights into our bodies with practices, including meditation and movement This approach is based on my training with the New Ventures West Integral Coaching methodology that integrates teachings of many movements, traditions, fields of study, and people.

As a Nepal-born, Charlottesville-raised, first-generation limited-income graduate, I’ve spent much of my life navigating spaces where there wasn’t always a clear path forward. From adapting to new cultures, to overcoming financial and academic barriers, to finding belonging in environments where I was often the “first” or “only,” I’ve built resilience and perspective that I now bring into my coaching. These experiences allow me to connect deeply with clients who are facing transitions, uncertainty, or self-doubt, and to help them move forward with clarity and confidence. Beyond my own journey, I’ve supported hundreds of students and peers as a mentor, teacher, and program founder. Whether through leading volunteer initiatives, coaching students one-on-one, or building scholarship and community programs for first-generation and limited-income students, I’ve learned how to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and guide others toward meaningful change.
