My name is Ian Glennon and over the past 5 years I have coached 500+ candidates, run 4,000+ coaching sessions, trained consultants at major consultancies, and, ultimately, helped hundreds of candidates get their dream offer. I have combined my personal experience interviewing, my training at BCG, and my years of successfully coaching thousands of diverse candidates to create Custom Case Coach. Welcome to my profile! I'm Alex Shushunov, a former McKinsey consultant and current Product Manager at Supernal. With over 14 years of experience in aerospace and defense, I have successfully led diverse, multi-component teams in challenging environments. As an MBA graduate from the University of Michigan, I have focused exclusively on serving clients in the aerospace, defense, space, and aviation sectors. I have advised senior leadership on strategic growth, operational excellence, transformation and implementation, commercial excellence, supply chain optimization, and project/program management. While working at both Accenture and McKinsey, I was an interviewer as well as a campus and veteran recruiting lead. My university is a non-target school for top consulting firms with around a ~67.6% admission rate and an unranked business school by USNews. The total student population of CSUF's business college is around 9,000+, and I was successful in differentiating myself and getting my profile in front of interviewers at most of the Big4 Consulting Groups (Deloitte Consulting, EY-Parthenon, Strategy&) and the three MBB frms (McKinsey, Bain, BCG). For many of these firms, I was the FIRST to interview from my undergraduate program in my school's history and the first to receive job offers. I also coach for deferred MBA admissions and undergraduate admissions on Leland.

On Consulting Case Interview prep: I interviewed candidates for BCG. Furthermore, as a Recruiting Director for our Empower Program (a recruiting program focused on Black and Latinx MBA candidates), I was personally responsible for preparing ~15-20 high-potential candidates, and achieved a historically high admission rate. Throughout my time at BCG, I helped dozens of candidates coming out of undergrad and grad school prepare for case interviews.
