I build agents & automations that give you back 10+ hrs a week

WHO I AM AI Product Strategist at LinkedIn, where I routinely built AI automations to help our business perform better at scale and give the team hours back. Outside of that role I build and ship independently: six apps published to the App Store, multiple autonomous agent systems, and a set of production automations I run every day. I've done this work for my own team at LinkedIn and for 50+ clients on the side. WHAT I BUILD -Email and inbox agents that draft, sort, and route based on your rules -Research and reporting agents that replace a recurring manual pull (competitor monitoring, weekly status, market scans) -Internal workflow rebuilds — the process your team does by hand every week, running on its own -Custom internal tools and apps when off-the-shelf doesn't fit HOW I WORK Engagements are scoped as projects with a fixed deliverable, not open-ended hourly sessions. We start with a 30-minute scoping call to define the workflow and the target hours saved. I build it, we test it together in your environment, and I hand off documentation so you can run and modify it without me. Hourly is available, but most people get more out of a package. TOOLS Claude Code, N8N, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini. I'll work inside your existing stack and security constraints rather than asking you to adopt something new. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE You finish with something running, not notes from a lesson. Every engagement is measured in hours returned per week. If you can tell me the thing you do every week that you wish you didn't, that's usually the first project.

Built AI Products at Enterprise Startup | Ex-Kearney & Deloitte

I served as Value Creation Lead and AI Deployment Strategist at Beamery, a venture-backed AI startup, where I pioneered a first-to-market Task Intelligence product that identified 30% AI augmentation potential across enterprise functions and generated 10x contract expansion with clients in financial services, life sciences, and manufacturing. I now lead Global Customer Strategy at Workday, where AI-driven product strategy sits at the center of how we plan customer deployments. I coach professionals targeting AI strategy and AI-adjacent customer strategy roles. My angle is practical: how these roles actually get filled, what hiring managers want in non-technical AI hires, and how to position a non-traditional background as a strength.

I build agentic AI for production, and the governance that keeps it there.

I build AI systems that run in production, and I coach from inside them. What I've built: I design and operate agentic pipelines in daily use — scheduled agents that detect new reporting, stage collection runs, and produce structured triage boards a human reviews and decides on. I'm in these every day, not advising on them from the outside. I built the governance framework first and the workflows on top of it: policies for safe, ethical, and transparent use, data handling, and output quality control. Turnaround on recurring deliverables dropped by more than 60% while holding human-verified quality standards. I lead hands-on AI implementation for a consumer-products company — tools their staff use immediately, and training that gets non-technical people applying AI to their own business problems. For another client I ran an AI maturity assessment and a phased adoption roadmap, and escalated vendor-support gaps directly to the owner to control cost and improve performance. Why governance first, and why it isn't paperwork: At a government contractor I integrated CMMI, CMMC, and insider risk into a single governance system rather than running them as parallel tracks. I structured CMMC execution to simultaneously demonstrate the process maturity CMMI required, using one program's discipline as evidence for another's. CMMI Level 2 to Level 3 and full CMMC implementation both completed in under a year. That's the same move that separates an AI deployment surviving contact with a real organization from a pilot that quietly dies. What I check before I automate anything: whether the work traces back to a goal. Automation is faithful — it reproduces whatever it's pointed at, gaps included — so I confirm the process is connected to an outcome before I make it faster. That's why the automation holds afterward. I coach at three altitudes, because the same problem looks different at each: Individual contributor under pressure to produce with AI and unsure how. Team manager who has to coordinate people, standards, and output quality across a team using it. Senior leader accountable for adoption, governance, risk, spend, and whether any of it connects to organizational goals. I've sat in all three seats, in government and in the private sector. If you operate in a regulated, governed, or public-sector environment, that isn't background — it's why my recommendations survive your compliance review. PMP · A-CSM · CSPO · Atlassian Certified

AI for Your Business | What to Build, Buy, Automate—and Ignore

I’m the founder an AI consulting and implementation firm that helps businesses identify where AI can create real value and then builds the systems to make it happen. I work directly with business owners and teams to diagnose operational problems and turn the right opportunities into working agents, automations, applications, and integrated workflows. I’ve built and shipped AI systems across a variety of industries: • A vision AI tool that reduced quote times aerospace maintenance and repair • Automated sales and marketing outreach that's generated a millions in revenue pipeline • Lead intake, qualification, and responder agents in real estate, healthcare, and home services • System-wide agentic systems that span CRM, Project Management, and accounting • Model training for a music education technology startup I’ve also helped teams evaluate models, prototype new AI products, and turn ideas that started on a whiteboard into systems running in production. My perspective is also shaped by 15 years of helping organizations adopt new processes and technology. That’s why I tend to start with how the business actually works rather than with an AI tool. The technology matters, but the real test is whether the solution improves the business and whether the people doing the work actually use it.

AI for Organizations | Columbia MA | Claude AI Ambassador

I'm uniquely positioned to help businesses navigate AI adoption because I've spent the past two years researching exactly how organizations fail—and succeed—at integrating these tools. In my research on technology adoption patterns, I've analyzed case studies of companies implementing AI systems, interviewed teams about their actual workflows with language models, and documented the gap between how leaders think AI will be used versus how employees actually use it day-to-day. One pattern I've observed repeatedly: organizations that rush to deploy AI without understanding their team's existing decision-making processes end up with expensive tools that sit unused. The successful implementations I've studied all share something in common—they started by mapping human workflows first, then identified specific friction points where AI could genuinely help. As a Claude Campus Ambassador at Anthropic, I work directly with users across different industries to understand their adoption challenges. I've seen a finance team struggle to trust AI-generated analysis until they built verification protocols. I've watched a marketing agency transform their content workflow by strategically integrating AI at three specific touchpoints—not everywhere. These real-world observations inform how I coach: I help you identify where AI creates genuine value versus where it's just noise. My background as Research Manager at the Columbia AI Alignment Club also means I bring a critical perspective on AI safety and responsible deployment—essential for businesses that want to move fast without creating risk. And my experience as a UX Researcher taught me how to translate what I observe in user behavior into concrete strategic recommendations that non-technical stakeholders can actually act on. What makes my coaching different: I don't sell AI hype. I help you figure out where in your operations AI makes sense, how to get your team actually using it, and what pitfalls to avoid based on patterns I've seen across dozens of real implementations. Let's discuss what AI adoption could actually look like for your business—grounded in evidence, not buzzwords.

AI for Business Expert | Founder of Harlem Labs | Columbia MBA

I coach founders, executives, and team leads who know AI matters but don’t have time to “figure it out” on their own. My clients are often running service-based or mission-driven businesses that are growing faster than their systems—too many manual processes, scattered tools, and a sense that they’re not fully leveraging the data and talent they already have. They’re not looking for another shiny tool; they want a trusted partner who can translate AI into clear use cases, better workflows, and measurable results for their team and customers. I’m qualified to coach in this space because I’ve done this work inside real organizations, not just in theory. I’ve helped companies like Final Draft, The Shiftly, and DC Design identify high-impact AI opportunities, redesign their processes, and implement automations that actually stick. My background blends AI systems engineering, management consulting, and hands-on build work—so I can move comfortably from big-picture strategy to detailed implementation. That mix of strategic insight and technical depth lets me guide leaders through AI decisions with confidence, clarity, and a focus on outcomes that matter.
