From Insights to Influence: Coaching Analytics Leaders
I’ve spent my career building and leading analytics organizations from the ground up — not just the systems and dashboards, but the people and decision-making cultures behind them. As Vice President of Analytics at UnitedHealth Group, I lead a global Reporting, Analytics & Data (RAD) team that supports Procurement, Real Estate, ESG, M&A, and other enterprise functions. My work sits at the intersection of business strategy, data science, and leadership — where numbers meet nuance.
That experience gives me a rare vantage point: I understand both the technical realities of analytics (data modeling, infrastructure, AI, automation) and the human realities of influence (how to communicate complexity, earn trust, and lead through ambiguity). I’ve guided hundreds of analysts, engineers, and product professionals as they’ve grown into managers, directors, and executives — helping them move from being the smartest person in the room to the one who makes everyone else smarter.
My coaching integrates structured leadership science with practical business insight — drawing from Stanford’s Interpersonal Dynamics, Adaptive Leadership, The Advisory Board’s executive development frameworks, and years of firsthand experience managing large, high-stakes analytics transformations.
In short: I don’t just understand analytics as a discipline — I’ve lived it as a leader. That makes my coaching both technically grounded and deeply human, helping data professionals grow into strategic, emotionally intelligent executives who can turn insight into impact.
