Welcome to my profile! With an extensive background in management and clinical leadership in digital health, I bring a unique perspective of the evolving field of medicine to my coaching practice. I am the Vice President of Clinical Services in a national telemedicine company and a practicing physician with an Executive MBA and MPH with emphases on high performing health systems and healthcare strategy. As a coach, I am passionate about guiding early and mid-career physicians through exciting new clinical career options and leadership advancement. I am a board certified emergency medicine physician who began clinical practice after graduating medical school in 2014. I served as Chief Resident at Carolinas Medical Center (now part of Atrium Health) and then was on faculty at Prisma Health in Greenville, SC before pursuing an MBA at Harvard. I continue to practice emergency medicine in community hospitals across South Carolina. I additionally have practiced and continue to hold medical licenses in AZ and MA. For coaching engagements in this category, I am particularly well-suited to physicians (including residents) who are approaching a transition point in their career whether that be a new job, a new role at their existing employer, or a new role outside of direct patient care entirely.

As a board-certified physician with advanced training in heart failure and years of experience in both clinical practice and healthcare systems, I bring a unique perspective to physician and medical practice coaching. I understand the challenges clinicians face—whether it’s navigating complex patient care, optimizing workflows, or balancing professional growth with personal well-being. My approach combines evidence-based strategies, leadership principles, and real-world insights to help physicians thrive in today’s demanding healthcare environment. I am interested in helping guide aspiring Pre-med and medical students through the admissions/application process. My journey includes completing my MD at Tel Aviv University, Internal Medicine residency at UConn, Chief Resident at Greenwich Hospital, and currently as a Gastroenterology Fellow at Rochester Regional Health. I have also obtained a graduate certificate from UConn in health professions education while in residency. Moreover, I have worked with students, residents, and peers helping them navigate the complexities of both medical school and residency applications and interviews; in addition to helping tutor for the USMLE and ABIM exams.
