As a former Senior Associate at the world's best Private Bank in J.P. Morgan, I learned the ins and outs of the industry (the good and bad). I coached several people interested in a wealth management career and told them what it was really like, while helping them get in front of the right people and nail their interview.

I am qualified to coach in wealth management careers because I have spent a significant part of my professional life working directly in private banking and wealth management, advising high-net-worth individuals and families on investment strategy, risk, and long-term financial planning. I am a CFA Charterholder and Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and I have firsthand experience with the day-to-day reality of the role, from client acquisition and relationship management to portfolio discussions and sensitive family conversations. This allows me to give candidates a clear, realistic understanding of what success in wealth management actually requires. In addition to industry experience, I have coached and mentored students and professionals navigating career decisions in aealth management and other finance areas in the intersection with wealth management, helping them assess role fit, position their profiles, and prepare for interviews and on-the-job expectations. My coaching focuses not only on technical credibility, but also on communication, trust-building, and emotional intelligence, core skills in wealth management that are often underestimated. I help clients determine whether wealth management is the right path for them and, if so, build a concrete, credible strategy to enter and grow in the field with confidence.
