About Evan

I’ll be joining McKinsey in San Francisco full-time after interning at L.E.K. Consulting and KPMG. Beyond firm experience, I served as President of UCLA’s premier consulting organization, UConsulting, where I mentored dozens of students through consulting recruiting and led 10 client projects with Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups. I also organized large-scale networking events and workshops, directly connecting 300+ students with recruiters and consultants from top firms. I know firsthand how opaque and stressful consulting recruiting can feel. Through deliberate, structured practice, I developed a repeatable approach to casing that led to standout performance during interviews and internships. During my consulting internship, I received feedback that my case performance was exemplary, with no material areas for improvement. I now focus on helping candidates break down cases clearly, think like a consultant, and communicate with confidence - so the process becomes faster, more structured, and far less overwhelming. I also support applicants with resumes, behavioral interviews, and role exploration to help them build a strong foundation for success.
