About Evan

I’ll be joining McKinsey in SF and was the President of UConsulting at UCLA where I mentored dozens of students through consulting recruiting to 20+ successful offers. I know firsthand how opaque and stressful consulting recruiting can feel, especially within the last few years. Through deliberate, structured practice, I developed a repeatable approach to casing that led to standout performance during interviews and internships. During my consulting internship at L.E.K. Consulting, I received feedback that my case performance was exemplary, with no material areas for improvement. I now focus on helping candidates break down cases clearly, think like a consultant, and communicate with confidence - so the process becomes faster, more structured, and far less overwhelming. I also support applicants with resumes, behavioral interviews, and role exploration to help them build a strong foundation for success.
