I picked up a cello for the first time in 7th grade, and had to soon compete for 1st chair against students that had been playing for 5 years already. In spite of that, I know what it's like to succeed with the odds stacked against you. I also know what it's like to fail. Regardless of your history, I know how to overcome the odds and get into the program of your dreams! Knowing the faculty and administration of the BYU School of Music, I know their criteria and I know how you can get into your dream major! Ask me about my performances - I've played with David Archuleta, Jenny Oaks Baker, Yahosh Bonner, and Stephen Kent (he's a world-famous didgeridoo player - it was a crazy concert)!

As the former CEO of Makai Music, I managed the lifecycle of 60+ musicals and collaborated with top companies like NBC, the Rodgers and Hammerstein Library, and worked on Broadway musicals for the last 20 years. My coaching approach is rooted in the Co-Active Model, which I honed through my certification as a Professional Co-Active Coach.
