My expertise spans investment idea origination, deal execution, and active support of portfolio companies, demonstrated through my involvement in over 15 deals. I'm particularly proud of the three deals that I independently sourced and executed. I currently serve as a board advisor to three companies, providing strategic insights on past performance to refine their future execution. I am currently an Associate Investor of Venture Capital at Interplay with previous experience as an Investment Banker at Barclays and a degree from Dartmouth College in Economics and Government. In addition to my professional experience, I have coached over 18 individuals, helping them navigate the venture capital landscape and achieve their goals. Navigating venture capital recruiting is an especially difficult task. Unlike most positions in finance or tech, there is no well known recruiting path for VC. Both the application and interview process are extremely opaque and vary greatly from fund to fund. On top of all that, VC recruiting is incredibly competitive and notoriously hard to break into. My experience, both from recruiting and from working in VC, has given me unique insight into the industry.
