Closing $1M+ ARR wherever I go and helping others do the same: First Utah Jazz outbound AE and #1 Rep in 2022 (380% quota), LinkedIn's first AE hire out of college and #1 Eastern Rep in 2023 (120% quota). Currently the Principal/Lead Salesperson at a startup. I will teach how I TRIPLED my salary in 2.5 years and make $200k+ at 25 years old. My Story: In 2 years I went from being a college freshman with no sales experience, to a graduate and sales professional with over $1.5M in ARR closed. I started getting awarded Champion (out of 80 competitors). of the 2020 Toledo Invitation Sales National Competition, my first sales experience. That summer I sold pest control door to door and was a top rookie generating $210k revenue for 12 months and took on contract work selling life insurance, nonprofits, tech startups, and solar for the next two years. I led our collegiate sales organization for a couple of years, coaching 100+ students from zero experience to national sales competitors. In my last year of school, I started with the Utah Jazz left to join LinkedIn straight out of college (was recognized as Top LinkedIn Coach) and have since transition to a startup. I am so excited that you are considering a career in Sales! I believe it is a critical skill that every professional should have. I started my career as an entry-level BDR, and worked my way up the Sales ladder over the years. I was then an SDR, then a Small Business Account Executive, a Mid-Market Account Executive, and finally a Strategic Account Executive. Through my time, I earned President's Club (top performers) every year I was eligible. I was also featured in Salesforce's "Story of Sales" film alongside industry giants and Harvard Business School professors. While I am no longer in Sales, I am now a People Partner supporting Sales, and thus interface with the Sales org daily. I can walk you through the reality/day-to-day of a Sales role, the enjoyable parts and challenging parts, and provide interview tips.

I've been a business owner, MBA graduate, contractor and tech executive. As an outsider to sales for so much of my career, I understand and have overcome the common misperceptions of sales. With this background, I have a very unique ability to relate 1. to the non-sales titled professionals within an organization (technical founders, legal, customer success, support, operations, HR, people teams, etc.) and 2. an ability to help the direct sales team understand how their buyers see them, and thus respond (or don't). It comes down to a fundamental knowledge and understanding of the psychology of behavior change, and how we don't actually "sell".. but we guide the buyer to "sell themselves". I shake bad habits and misperceptions out of everyone in an organization in a fun, engaging and long-lasting way. I've used this knowledge to sell millions of dollars of new business as an individual contributor in SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise level deals across 10+ industries. I've developed sales methodology, strategies and systems that have helped businesses scale from $0 - $140M in revenue. I've led teams of up to 170 sales reps, and guided revenue organizations from marketing to sales and implementation to customer success. I create innovative and winning cultures and environments.
