Why do I coach?
I coach because I’m passionate about seeing others thrive — especially during moments of transition, growth, or uncertainty. Over the past decade, I’ve built a career in sales and marketing, grown into leadership, and made a few big pivots along the way — including breaking into tech from a non-traditional background and carving out a path that didn’t always look “right” on paper. Through it all, what’s brought me the most energy has been supporting others on their own career journeys — helping them find clarity, build confidence, and tell their stories in a way that reflects who they are and what they’re capable of. I especially love empowering women, early-career professionals, and those looking to pivot or change tracks. Many of the people I coach already have the skills — they just need help framing them, building confidence in their story, and advocating for the value they bring to the table.
