I've been a business owner, MBA graduate, contractor and tech executive. As an outsider to sales for so much of my career, I understand and have overcome the common misperceptions of sales. With this background, I have a very unique ability to relate 1. to the non-sales titled professionals within an organization (technical founders, legal, customer success, support, operations, HR, people teams, etc.) and 2. an ability to help the direct sales team understand how their buyers see them, and thus respond (or don't). It comes down to a fundamental knowledge and understanding of the psychology of behavior change, and how we don't actually "sell".. but we guide the buyer to "sell themselves". I shake bad habits and misperceptions out of everyone in an organization in a fun, engaging and long-lasting way. I've used this knowledge to sell millions of dollars of new business as an individual contributor in SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise level deals across 10+ industries. I've developed sales methodology, strategies and systems that have helped businesses scale from $0 - $140M in revenue. I've led teams of up to 170 sales reps, and guided revenue organizations from marketing to sales and implementation to customer success. I create innovative and winning cultures and environments.

About Cameron
I started my career as a hands-on technician, then a contractor then business owner. I grew a successful home-services business over 7 years but felt the desire to see and experience more of the business world. I earned my MBA to open doors and found incredible potential in the tech space. Ive worked my way around 4 tech start ups, starting out as an individual contributor in the direct sales motion, up to Chief Revenue Officer; driving 3x revenue growth in 12 months, increasing price points 10x, improving close rates by 15-20% and reducing time to close by 50%. I'm a 4x Presidents Club winner, $1M annual closer and impactful coach and revenue leader. I leverage all of these experiences to coach direct sales teams, but have a unique focus on teaching the tangential departments how to properly support the company's sales goals.
Why do I coach?
Seeing others win and succeed is my passion. I find immense satisfaction in being a catalyst to that growth and success. Nothing is more satisfying than watching my partners mindset shift after coming in to my sessions with a "closed-mind" expecting "just another sales training." When they walk out with eyes wide open, perception shifted and perspective completely flipped.. I know I've made an impact and the results will be real. Most importantly- as a first-time sales rep, I was mentored by a great sales coach, who gave me the fundamentals, systems and processes that made me extremely successful.
