Why do I coach?
I coach because I love helping others. It is the greatest joy to be a part of someone's journey toward living their best life. Throughout my career, I was the recipient of informal coaching (before coaching and mentoring was a defined practice). I believe everyone needs a safe place, a sounding board and a partner in clarifying their goals. As I reflect on my career, my greatest achievement has been supporting others. I supported and mentored an administrative assistant into a VP of Global Sales role. I coached my inside sales partner toward becoming a highly-successful sales executive.
