Welcome to my profile. I began my career in biomedical research at Harvard Medical School before transitioning into management consulting with Deloitte Japan’s Life Sciences & Health Care Division, where I advanced to Senior Consultant. I worked on complex digital transformations, pharmacovigilance system overhauls, and go-to-market strategies for new drug launches. Having built my career across North America (both U.S. and Canada) and Japan, I bring a cross-border perspective to consulting recruiting, particularly in how candidates are evaluated differently across markets. I have coached over 15 people over the last year and a half. I have a track record of success, with 80% of my clients landing offers at Bain, BCG, and McKinsey. My main expertise falls under consulting diversity programs, internships, and entry-level roles.

During my 4 years at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), I got the chance to work across a number of industries (healthcare, financial services, public sector) as well as all over Europe, the US and Australia. Coming from a non-business background, I understand what it means to navigate the competitive landscape of management consulting. I was a consistent top-performer throughout my tenure, accepted into Deloitte Consulting’s MBA sponsorship program before attending the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business full-time MBA program. I led projects in growth strategy and transformation, helping VP+ clients define how to grow top line numbers as well as find efficiencies. This includes Board of Director material prep, workshops to plot courses for growth and opportunity identification, prioritization, and operationalization.
