I began my career in technology consulting before pivoting to strategy consulting as a generalist after my Yale MBA, eventually specializing in healthcare as a Principal at Strategy&. In this role, I led national-level healthcare transformations and biotech strategy execution for sovereign entities, managing initiatives ranging from greenfield hospital feasibility to complex medical tourism strategies. Parallel to my client work, I have spent over a decade on the "other side" of the recruitment table, spearheading firm-wide recruiting transformations, delivering campus presentations, and interviewing a vast range of candidates from Analyst to Engagement Manager levels.
