I was a top-bucket analyst in the Australian office of the world's leading management consultancy. In addition to mastering the analyst and associate toolkit, I coached more than 20 candidates (informally and formally) through the interview processes of MBB, Tier 2 and similar case interviews. This included resume work, ensuring candidates were representing themselves well behaviourally, and, of course, making acing interviews their second nature. Unlike many others, I think MBB interviews are extremely coachable. With the right guidance and enough time, I think most candidates can place themselves in a very favourable position for hiring.
