About Elizabeth
I grew up in the Midwest and moved east to attend Boston College, where I studied accounting and was hired directly into PwC after graduation. While the path looked clear on paper, I eventually realized that audit wasn’t aligned with my interests or passions and that although scary, it was time for me to make a change. That realization led me to make a 180-degree career shift within PwC into experience strategy consulting, where I focused on human-centered design strategies and techniques, working closely with designers and technologists to make sense of complex challenges and move ideas into action. Alongside my consulting career, mindful movement has always been central to my life. I’ve been dancing for as long as I can remember and later became a certified yoga instructor, drawn to practices that build presence, self-awareness, and connection to the body. These experiences and passions ultimately led me to pursue a Certified Professional Coach credential through iPEC and make the leap into coaching and teaching yoga full time. Today, I help people navigate change, growth, transition, and transformation - whether they’re questioning a career path, redefining success, or seeking greater clarity and balance in their lives. My coaching is thoughtful, grounded, and human, integrating reflection, well-being, and purposeful action to support people in creating lives that feel aligned, intentional, and authentic.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I believe in the power of intentional, one-on-one conversation. In a world that moves fast and rewards constant doing, coaching creates space to slow down, reflect, and uncover insight that’s often already there. I’ve seen how meaningful it can be when someone feels truly heard and supported in making sense of their choices, challenges, and next steps. I’m drawn to coaching for the depth of impact it allows. Working one-on-one gives me the opportunity to support people in real time as they navigate change, growth, and transition - helping them build clarity, confidence, and trust in themselves. At its core, my work is about helping people become their happiest, most grounded, and most authentic selves, and to move through life with greater intention and self-understanding.
