I am a former Associate at Boston Consulting Group with firsthand experience navigating the demanding consulting recruiting process. Having gone through the full journey myself and coached candidates preparing for consulting interviews, I understand the nuances of both case interviews and fit interviews at top firms. My coaching focuses on helping candidates develop clear structure, strong communication, and confident problem solving under pressure. Rather than memorizing frameworks, I emphasize building flexible thinking that allows candidates to tackle unfamiliar cases effectively. During sessions, I provide direct, actionable feedback on structuring, quantitative reasoning, case leadership, and synthesis. My goal is not only to help candidates perform well in interviews but also to help them understand how consultants actually approach complex business problems.
