Zoe has helped clients get into these companies:
Welcome to my profile. I am a former Associate at Boston Consulting Group and a Princeton University graduate with firsthand experience navigating the consulting recruiting process. During my own preparation, I completed dozens of cases and developed a strong understanding of what top consulting firms look for in candidates. I have coached around 20 candidates preparing for consulting interviews, helping them improve their case structuring, quantitative reasoning, and communication under pressure. My coaching focuses on building the core skills needed to succeed in interviews rather than memorizing frameworks. In our sessions, I provide clear, practical feedback on how to structure problems, drive the case forward, and deliver strong syntheses. I also help candidates refine their behavioral stories and prepare for the full consulting interview process. If you are preparing for consulting interviews and want targeted feedback and a structured approach to improving quickly, I would be happy to work together.

About Zoe
I am a former Associate at Boston Consulting Group with firsthand experience navigating the demanding consulting recruiting process. Having gone through the full journey myself and coached candidates preparing for consulting interviews, I understand the nuances of both case interviews and fit interviews at top firms. My coaching focuses on helping candidates develop clear structure, strong communication, and confident problem solving under pressure. Rather than memorizing frameworks, I emphasize building flexible thinking that allows candidates to tackle unfamiliar cases effectively. During sessions, I provide direct, actionable feedback on structuring, quantitative reasoning, case leadership, and synthesis. My goal is not only to help candidates perform well in interviews but also to help them understand how consultants actually approach complex business problems. I enjoy working with candidates from all backgrounds and helping them build the skills and confidence needed to succeed in consulting recruiting.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I know how challenging and opaque the consulting recruiting process can feel. When I was preparing for interviews, mentors and experienced consultants played a crucial role in helping me break down complex problems, improve my communication, and build the confidence needed to perform well. That experience showed me how powerful the right guidance can be. A few focused conversations can dramatically accelerate a candidate’s progress by clarifying what firms are really looking for and how to approach cases in a structured way. Coaching allows me to give back to the consulting community while helping candidates unlock their potential. I find it incredibly rewarding to see candidates improve their thinking, gain confidence, and ultimately land offers at top consulting firms.
