Management consulting is a prestigious and lucrative career path with great exit options to business school and executive roles, and because of that it's very competitive to break into. But you already know that. As an undergrad at Princeton, I received offers from every consulting firm I applied to. After joining McKinsey, I was heavily involved in recruiting, read hundreds of resumes, and was trained to do interviews. While at McKinsey and since then, I've done countless resume reviews and mock interviews with friends and clients to give them the best chance at getting an offer. I was trained to give high-quality, realistic mock interviews (both personal and case) and can give you feedback from the lens of someone who knows how firms assess candidates.

I have assisted with various acquisitions of nursing home facilities and their immediate financial success. Successfully ran one of the most profitable nursing homes in all of Texas. I specialize in developing healthcare teams, setting goals, making decisions quickly and developing new leaders.

I spent years at Partner/Director level across Deloitte and KPMG, and I'm an IIM Lucknow alumnus, so I understand consulting from the inside: how engagements really get won and run, how careers progress and stall inside a firm, and what separates a consultant who delivers from one who gets promoted. I've sat on both sides of the table, advising clients and building the teams who do the advising.
