I began my career in biomedical research at Harvard Medical School before transitioning into management consulting with Deloitte Japan’s Life Sciences & Health Care Division, where I advanced to Senior Consultant. I worked on complex digital transformations, pharmacovigilance system overhauls, and go-to-market strategies for new drug launches. Having built my career across North America (both U.S. and Canada) and Japan, I bring a cross-border perspective to consulting recruiting, particularly in how candidates are evaluated differently across markets.
