I’m a former strategy consultant with four years of experience at L.E.K. Consulting, where I also supported recruiting and candidate assessment. Prior to joining L.E.K., I went through the full management consulting recruitment process myself, receiving offers from Monitor Deloitte, Nous Group, EY-Parthenon, and KPMG Strategy. I recruited from a non-target university and come from multiple under-represented backgrounds, including being LGBTQ+, first-generation and low-income, and from a refugee background.
