I bring firsthand experience from McKinsey & Company (NJ office, 2019-2021), where I advised top-tier clients in the Electric Power and Natural Gas sectors as a Business Analyst. 🌍 My journey continued at CrossBoundary, a global investment firm, where I served as a Senior Associate, supporting clients in Iraq, Jordan, and other countries in the Middle East. I also bring a unique perspective as an American professional who has extensive international work experience and can speak to the opportunities and challenges of working abroad. 📈 Leveraging my experience in interviewing and hiring, I specialize in helping clients master the case interview, craft compelling personal narratives, and navigate the competitive consulting landscape.

Prior to the week of the application deadline, I'd never even heard of Bain. I came from a Political Science background and had spent my summers interning at refugee organizations and teaching English -- nowhere near Excel. I'd never even taken a business class, so I found the world of MBB recruiting daunting and totally foreign. That being said, I quickly learned that the kids who have been gunning for a management consulting job since freshmen year are not inherently better candidates. Regardless of your background, you can hold your own in a case interview, and I can help you get there! Having served as a Recruiting School Team Lead while at Bain, I have incredibly valuable insight into the internal mechanisms of MBB networking, the case interview itself, and which overarching strategy will serve you well. In this capacity I worked with at least 50 candidates, preparing them for cases and actually conducting the final round interviews. I began my career in management consulting, where I worked on high-impact strategy projects and learned firsthand the skills top firms look for in candidates. Combined with my Stanford MBA and leadership experience scaling PE-backed businesses, I bring both the consulting toolkit and the operator’s perspective to my coaching. I successfully recruited at Bain and McKinsey (as well as other non-MBB firms), and spent several years in consulting in Bain's New York office. There, I reviewed resumes as part of Bain's Associate Consultant recruiting process and have six years of experience coaching candidates (through the initial preparation, resume review, case interview, and decision-making processes). I've run hundreds of mock case interviews, and I pride myself on providing detailed, actionable feedback.

Earlier in my career, I spent over 9 years in management consulting at Accenture, where I partnered with Fortune 100 companies across CPG, tech, retail, fintech, healthcare, and media & entertainment. That breadth of exposure gave me a strong understanding of how different business models operate and what it takes to drive alignment and results in complex environments. I have deep experience launching 0 to 1 products and scaling them across global markets. I thrive on building go-to-market engines from the ground up, crafting clear positioning, and driving execution across cross-functional teams.

In college, I was a computer engineering major that was always a little interested in consulting. I used resources I had available to me to recruit heavily for very different consulting internships, and I work in 4 different consulting roles at Accenture, EY-Parthenon, The Keystone Group, and AWS. In addition to successfully recruiting other offers (including BCG), I managed to use my experiences in different consulting verticals to shape my career trajectory to be specific to strategy consulting for PE companies looking to acquire TMT targets. Not only did I successfully recruit myself, but through my involvement around campus, I helped prepare other people for the recruitment process helping others get full-time strategy offers at Bain, BCG, and Accenture. I've reviewed over 40 resumes and conducted at least 60 practice cases to help others land full-time and internship consulting offers at top firms.
