(marketing & technical project management). I led resume reviews, interviews, and hiring decisions across all levels at each of these companies. On the college front, I was privileged to attend the University of Southern California (USC) on a merit scholarship. I majored in Economics and also graduated from their prestigious Thematic Option honors program. I have extensive interviewing experience, including giving cases, from throughout my professional career. These include MBA admissions interviews, MBB consulting interviews, and behavioral interviews in a variety of forms. I have also given countless mock interviews and have experience giving very detailed, nuanced feedback and tips to help candidates find immediate growth opportunities. More specifically, prior to Booth, I interviewed >100 of people during my time at Cornerstone Research, where I ended my time as the Head of Recruiting for the Boston office for the 2015 season. While at Booth, I conducted MBA Admissions interviews for applicants. With respect to management consulting, I was selected as a BCG MBA fellow prior to starting at Booth and successfully navigated the summer internship recruiting process to be a Bain Summer Associate. Since then, I have given numerous live interviews on behalf of Bain as well as helped countless students while at Booth and at Bain learn how to case successfully. I spent over two years full time and an additional summer internship at BCG as an Associate, heavily focused on Strategy development and Transformation execution. Earning the highest possible performance placement consecutively, I helped coach peers in L&D sessions and was involved in recruiting efforts at the firm. During my time at Emory's Goizueta Business School I lead the Goizueta Consulting Group in establishing a mentorship program, developed new curricula, and led live practice interviews, all aimed at enhancing students’ readiness for case and behavioral interviews. Additionally, as the Co-lead for Goizueta Business School's Career Management Coaches, I specialized in preparing students for consulting interviews, guiding a team of coaches to provide targeted support. In my own recruitment process, I received multiple offers and had final round interviews at all of the MBB.
