I bring a unique blend of real-world consulting experience, strategic insight, and a deep passion for mentorship. As a former healthcare strategy professional who successfully pivoted into Boston Consulting Group (BCG), I understand firsthand what top firms seek in exceptional candidates—and how to stand out in a competitive recruiting process. Currently pursuing my dual MBA and MS in Design Innovation (MMM) at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, I’ve also served as a trusted career coach and mentor at both Kellogg and Carnegie Mellon University, helping 30+ students land consulting offers at leading firms. My coaching combines structured problem-solving, storytelling, and emotional intelligence to help clients not only excel in interviews but also develop the mindset of confident, thoughtful consultants ready to make an impact.

I reached final round interviews at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, and Accenture and ended up selecting McKinsey for my internship junior year before returning there full time for ~3 years. I was an assigned interview buddy/coach at McKinsey, and was a first and second round interviewer for Interns/BAs/Associates in the Cleveland office.

I have been with BCG since 2022 and was promoted to Consultant in 2024. Prior to joining BCG, I gained significant experience preparing for and applying to interviews with top consulting firms, including McKinsey, Bain, BCG, LEK, Deloitte, and others. This journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in the highly competitive consulting recruitment process. Over the years, I have successfully coached several candidates to excel in case interviews, build strong networks, and adopt a strategic approach to breaking into management consulting. I believe the keys to success are the following: (1) Practice – Casing is a skill that requires consistent practice, repetition, and the ability to recognize patterns. Building this muscle is essential. (2) Readiness to Learn – Coachability, diligence, and enthusiasm are traits that help candidates stand out and demonstrate their potential. (3) Grit – The candidates who secure offers are those who maintain focus and resilience, navigating both setbacks and wins with determination and mental toughness.

(marketing & technical project management). I led resume reviews, interviews, and hiring decisions across all levels at each of these companies. On the college front, I was privileged to attend the University of Southern California (USC) on a merit scholarship. I majored in Economics and also graduated from their prestigious Thematic Option honors program. I've since supported several students through their own application processes, helping them craft compelling narratives, strategically position their applications, and prepare for interviews. I joined BCG in Atlanta as an Associate. I spent 6 years working at the firm, earning promotions to Consultant and Project Leader before pivoting to Corporate Strategy. I focused my time on Growth Strategy, Private Equity Advisory (PIPE), and Digital Product Management (via BCG X, formerly known as BCG Digital Ventures). I served as an interviewer for official candidates and logged several hours of case interview prep throughout my time at BCG.

I am a Co-Active certified, International Coaching Federation accredited executive coach with a background in mindfulness and movement. My background also includes 2 years as an Associate Consultant at a boutique strategy consulting firm, as well as 9 years at the Bridgespan Group (sibling to Bain & Co.) post-MBA where I was promoted from Consultant, to Case Team Leader, to Principal. I have deep experience in the consulting lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, promotion. While at Bridgespan, I led Associate Consultant and Consultant recruiting for our office, coordinating closely with global operations. I reviewed resumes and interviewed hundreds of candidates, both in case interviews and behavioral interviews. I also was a trainer for new consultants at Bain & Co., with which Bridgespan shares training. I led mentoring efforts for Associate Consultants and Consultants, staffed case teams, and also led performance review discussions.
