Having just gone through the consulting recruitment process, I understand exactly what it takes to succeed at every stage. I have both given and received over 100 case interviews while mentoring friends and peers, and I am deeply familiar with the behavioral interview process, storytelling, and building strong connections with interviewers. I didn’t take the traditional path into consulting. I began my career in Audit at Deloitte, then made an internal pivot into Strategy Consulting, where I led high-impact projects for global clients and partnered with senior stakeholders to drive operational improvements. That experience taught me how to position myself without a classic “case interview” route and more importantly, how to translate non-consulting skills into a compelling, credible story. Now, as an MBA student at London Business School, I help aspiring consultants, especially career changers, navigate the process with confidence. I can support you in crafting your consulting narrative, building a networking strategy that actually gets replies, and learning how to “speak the language” of a consultant when you come from another industry. I also coach on the softer but equally important side: what a day in consulting really looks like, what top firms value in new hires, and how to highlight those skills in interviews and coffee chats. I spent over two years full time and an additional summer internship at BCG as an Associate, heavily focused on Strategy development and Transformation execution. Earning the highest possible performance placement consecutively, I helped coach peers in L&D sessions and was involved in recruiting efforts at the firm. During my time at Emory's Goizueta Business School I lead the Goizueta Consulting Group in establishing a mentorship program, developed new curricula, and led live practice interviews, all aimed at enhancing students’ readiness for case and behavioral interviews. Additionally, as the Co-lead for Goizueta Business School's Career Management Coaches, I specialized in preparing students for consulting interviews, guiding a team of coaches to provide targeted support. In my own recruitment process, I received multiple offers and had final round interviews at all of the MBB. Simply put, I know what it takes to be hired and perform as a consultant at the world's best firms.
