Hello and welcome to my profile! With a robust background in management consulting, I bring valuable insights from my time as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where I specialized in strategy and served as Chief of Staff for North America Talent Attraction (i.e., MBA and BA recruiting).

I officially coached candidates through the McKinsey coaching program. I have also helped coach over 10 candidates interviewing to get into consulting. I have a 70%+ success rate with them (extremely high for consulting). Beyond giving you a case, I give you tips and tricks that take you from good to great. I am extremely candid and have one goal: get you that job.

Having recruited across MBB and Deloitte, worked at Monitor Deloitte for 3 years, and then leveraged this experience for a VC investing role and acceptance at Harvard Business School I want to share my unique experience with you to help you land your dream role. I’m a former strategy consultant with four years of experience at L.E.K. Consulting, where I also supported recruiting and candidate assessment. Prior to joining L.E.K., I went through the full management consulting recruitment process myself, receiving offers from Monitor Deloitte, Nous Group, EY-Parthenon, and KPMG Strategy. I recruited from a non-target university and come from multiple under-represented backgrounds, including being LGBTQ+, first-generation and low-income, and from a refugee background. I bring both insider knowledge of how consulting firms assess candidates and a deep understanding of how to navigate the process without traditional advantages.
