I’m currently an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, where I’ve worked on 20+ due diligence projects for investor clients, from hedge funds to early-stage VCs. I’m passionate about diving deep into exciting businesses, uncovering growth opportunities, and brainstorming creative strategies for success. Getting here wasn’t exactly traditional—I tackled consulting recruiting with just two months of prep and ended up with offers from all three MBB firms, as well as private equity analyst programs. Now, I want to pay it forward. Through Leland, I’m here to be the resource I wish I had during my own journey through college, professional development, and full-time recruiting. I'm currently an early-stage climate tech startup operator, but attribute much of my professional journey and generalist skill set to my first job in consulting at Redstone Strategy Group, a boutique consulting firm focused on social impact. At Redstone, I worked on cases related to education, human services, and climate; I also co-led the recruiting working group, improving our candidate review, case interview, and deliberation processes. I chose Redstone over offers from Bain and EY-Parthenon. I've helped 15+ individuals secure roles at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, and other top firms using a holistic coaching approach spanning behavioral / application review, a structured case coaching curriculum, and offer negotiation. I enjoy this work because it's rewarding to watch clients build skills around structured thinking, analytical intuition, and clear communication in real-time, and carry them into their professional careers. I joined Bain as an Associate Consultant and stayed until I became a Manager. In the meantime, I managed to get transferred twicce (from Dubai to Los Angeles to Washington DC) and get sponsored to study my MBA. My global and long-term experience at Bain has helped me understand the ins and outs of consulting. I have used this experience to help applicants (including my MBA peers) get offers at Bain & Company.

I have extensive interviewing experience, including giving cases, from throughout my professional career. These include MBA admissions interviews, MBB consulting interviews, and behavioral interviews in a variety of forms. I have also given countless mock interviews and have experience giving very detailed, nuanced feedback and tips to help candidates find immediate growth opportunities. More specifically, prior to Booth, I interviewed >100 of people during my time at Cornerstone Research, where I ended my time as the Head of Recruiting for the Boston office for the 2015 season. While at Booth, I conducted MBA Admissions interviews for applicants. With respect to management consulting, I was selected as a BCG MBA fellow prior to starting at Booth and successfully navigated the summer internship recruiting process to be a Bain Summer Associate. Since then, I have given numerous live interviews on behalf of Bain as well as helped countless students while at Booth and at Bain learn how to case successfully. I am really excited to start working with more prospective MBA applicants and management consultants navigate the interview process. From helping to craft behavioral interview answers to learning case frameworks to running practice cases, I am excited to work with you to address your particular needs and feedback areas.

I've helped many HBS classmates practice interviews for BCG ('18-'21), and went through interviewing training myself while at BCG ('14-'16), including crafting custom cases in the Australian system.
