My diverse experiences, including policy internships at the Truman Center for National Policy and doing community development work, have equipped me with a unique perspective on strategic problem-solving. I came from a pre-med background, finding an interest in pursuing consulting prior to an MBA or JD to specialize somewhere in healthcare in the future. Ive worked with a number of students at UGA and those who have reached out from across the US, helping them navigate the MBB and case-landscape of management consulting applications. I have coached over 15 people over the last year and a half. I have a track record of success, with 80% of my clients landing offers at Bain, BCG, and McKinsey. My main expertise falls under consulting diversity programs, internships, and entry-level roles.

Having broken into strategy consulting from a non-traditional (engineering) background, I understand the nuances of the undergraduate consulting recruiting process and bring a fresh perspective on what it takes to succeed in today's competitive landscape. On Consulting Case Interview prep: I interviewed candidates for BCG. Furthermore, as a Recruiting Director for our Empower Program (a recruiting program focused on Black and Latinx MBA candidates), I was personally responsible for preparing ~15-20 high-potential candidates, and achieved a historically high admission rate. Throughout my time at BCG, I helped dozens of candidates coming out of undergrad and grad school prepare for case interviews.

Worked as a consultant in the BCG SF office for ~2 years. Received an offer despite non-traditional background and out of cycle application with no previous networking. Have since coached dozens of MBA students and non-MBA applicants through the entire application process including cover letters, networking strategy, case prep, and behavioral interviews.

In Fall 2017, I was able to secure an offer from McKinsey (the only consulting firm to which I applied, actually!) after being "late to the game" of consulting recruiting. Since then, I have practiced cases and otherwise advised dozens of candidates. I can help candidates focus on the most salient skills for successful recruiting in this industry.
