Hi! I joined Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant - and rose to Associate Partner, based in New York. During my 8 years at Bain, I was accelerated at each promotion point, and worked out of our New York and London offices. I led recruiting for Associate Consultants (post undergraduate) as well as Consultants (post MBA) in both New York and London. I have coached over 100 individuals, helping them navigate the competitive landscape of management consulting, with a focus on mastering case interviews and refining their applications.

In college, I was a computer engineering major that was always a little interested in consulting. I used resources I had available to me to recruit heavily for very different consulting internships, and I work in 4 different consulting roles at Accenture, EY-Parthenon, The Keystone Group, and AWS. In addition to successfully recruiting other offers (including BCG), I managed to use my experiences in different consulting verticals to shape my career trajectory to be specific to strategy consulting for PE companies looking to acquire TMT targets. Not only did I successfully recruit myself, but through my involvement around campus, I helped prepare other people for the recruitment process helping others get full-time strategy offers at Bain, BCG, and Accenture. I've reviewed over 40 resumes and conducted at least 60 practice cases to help others land full-time and internship consulting offers at top firms.

And in my first career as a strategy consultant, I worked at KPMG and BCG in addition to a boutique health tech consultancy and a health tech start up so I possess a wide variety of experience across different consultancy settings. I've gone through to final round interview processes for all three MBB firms, have administered 100+ cases, and successfully coached peers to secure MBB final round interviews and full time offers. As Executive Vice President of the premier UCI branch of 180 Degrees Consulting, I've personally developed an intensive 8-week training curriculum for incoming consultant cohorts, providing 1-1 skill development in frame-working, market-sizing, case math, and behavioral interviews for 30+ individuals. I continue to provide tailored career coaching, resume review, and case interview practice to active club members. I've spent 6 years tutoring advanced K-12 students for rigorous college placement, AP, and IB exams and have developed systems for coaching people with different learning styles. I've worked with several neurodivergent students with autism, ADHD, and OCD to leverage their unique strengths and achieve competitive goals.

I'm passionate about case coaching and helping people achieve their career goals. I got my start coaching for consulting over a decade ago, when I founded an organization called Texas MCA that is now the leading pipeline from the University of Texas at Austin into MBB consulting. I then went on to have a long career in consulting in which I learned a lot about business, myself, and recruiting. Over the years, I reviewed 2-3k resumes, interviewed 200-300 prospective Bain consultants, and hired 50-60 Bainies in total. Bain is a special place, but so is McKinsey where I interned before joining Bain. Happy to help with BCG as well.
