I'm a former Senior Manager at Bain & Company with 8+ years of consulting experience, primarily across EMEA, covering strategy, performance improvement, merger integration, and commercial due diligence for clients including tech companies, energy players, NGOs, government entities, banks, sovereign wealth funds, and many others. Beyond my consulting work, I was actively involved in recruiting at Bain. I interviewed countless candidates, was an active member of the recruiting team, and led UK recruiting for Bain's Dubai office - leading on-campus presentations, CV screening and scoring, invitations of successful candidates to the interview process, performance evaluations, and extension of offers.
