Why do I coach?

I coach as a way to give back and pay forward the support I received throughout my journey. At one point, the idea of receiving an offer from BCG or gaining acceptance to MIT felt like a distant dream but thanks to the guidance of many mentors and peers—whether they realized it or not—I was able to turn those dreams into reality. Since 2016, I’ve proactively initiated over 150 coffee chats through LinkedIn, connecting with those who have successfully navigated paths I aspired to follow.
