Hi! I'm Anna, a UCLA senior who has hands on consulting experience through multiple client projects, internships, and case competitions. I’ve navigated several rigorous recruiting cycles, advanced through dozens of interviews, and earned multiple consulting offers. I was also a finalist in a national case competition and a first-round winner of the Bain Case Competition, experiences that strengthened both my analytical rigor and creative problem-solving skills. These opportunities gave me firsthand insight into how firms evaluate candidates, from resume screening and coffee chats to final-round cases and offer decisions. Because I’ve gone through the entire process myself, I truly understand how recruiting works in practice. I know how to build meaningful relationships through networking, turn coffee chats into referrals, and position yourself strategically throughout the cycle. Welcome to my profile! Over the past six years, I’ve helped dozens of undergraduates and MBAs master case interviews and land offers at top consulting firms. At BCG, I led recruiting sessions and case practice programs, particularly supporting first-gen/low-income and minority students. I also served as a Peer Mentor supporting new joiners at the firm. At HBS, I serve as both a BCG Ambassador and a Career & Professional Development Student Advisor, helping classmates navigate recruiting and sharpen their case skills through 1:1 prep. My approach is rooted in the belief that anyone can master case interviews with dedication, motivation, and the right guidance. As a Distinctive (highest performance rating) McKinsey EM, popular people leader, and core member of our recruiting team, I know what it takes to not only get into McKinsey but also perform at the top of your class. During my time at McKinsey I interviewed >100 candidates and sat in >20 decision meetings. I’ll be joining McKinsey in San Francisco full-time after interning at L.E.K. Consulting and KPMG. Beyond firm experience, I served as President of UCLA’s premier consulting organization, UConsulting, where I mentored dozens of students through consulting recruiting and led 10 client projects with Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups. I also organized large-scale networking events and workshops, directly connecting 300+ students with recruiters and consultants from top firms. I know firsthand how opaque and stressful consulting recruiting can feel. Through deliberate, structured practice, I developed a repeatable approach to casing that led to standout performance during interviews and internships. During my consulting internship, I received feedback that my case performance was exemplary, with no material areas for improvement. I now focus on helping candidates break down cases clearly, think like a consultant, and communicate with confidence - so the process becomes faster, more structured, and far less overwhelming. I also support applicants with resumes, behavioral interviews, and role exploration to help them build a strong foundation for success.

I spent over 10 years at Boston Consulting Group, working across Europe, Asia, and North America. During my time at BCG, I served as a global lead recruiter, interviewing hundreds of candidates and touring major BCG offices worldwide to run interviews for all levels: undergraduates, MBAs, PhDs, and senior lateral hires. I still collaborate with BCG as an official coach for the BCG "Consulting Foundation Training", a week-long global onboarding program for new hires, which keeps me fully aligned with BCG’s most up-to-date evaluation criteria. Outside of my official BCG interviewing responsibilities, I have personally coached hundreds of MBB candidates, with most of them securing offers from McKinsey, BCG, or Bain. My coaching approach is structured, fast, and highly practical, focused on what top firms actually test: problem-solving clarity, communication under pressure, and business judgment. Worked as an interviewer at Bain Tokyo (both undergrad and experienced hire), and have coached over 50 private clients since leaving Bain. Have helped people get into McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, Roland Berger, and more — all in Japan.

I am one of the few community college students that have ever received an offer from MBB. Within a year of learning what consulting even is, I interned at ZS Associates, interviewed at 4 different top consulting firms, and received an offer from McKinsey. I spent about 2 years there as a business analyst before pivoting into product marketing, but I still help many students break into consulting. Some of my previous mentees have gone on to work for BCG, Bain, McKinsey, Mercer, Accenture, EY Parthenon... to name a few. My areas of expertise include the consulting bread and butter (casing, resume revision), but I also arm students with the skills they need to craft memorable stories during the behavioral interview.

Hi! I joined Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant - and rose to Associate Partner, based in New York. During my 8 years at Bain, I was accelerated at each promotion point, and worked out of our New York and London offices. I led recruiting for Associate Consultants (post undergraduate) as well as Consultants (post MBA) in both New York and London.
