At Bain, I honed my skills in private equity due diligences, before heading out to Columbia Business School to complete my MBA. I have predominantly worked with industry-leading media and sports clients, spending time on secondment to Disney and Manchester United FC. I am highly analytical, given my degree in Economics from the London School of Economics. This background makes me well placed to help when it comes to prepping for market sizing and case interviews. I am passionate about supporting aspiring consultants in navigating the competitive landscape of management consulting having sat both sides of the table - as interviewee and interviewer. I spent 7 years at BCG, from Associate to Project Leader. During this time, I was also first Recruiting Coach and then Interviewer, having coached and interviewed 100+ applicants for Associate & Consultant positions. I did my MBA degree at INSEAD, during which I coached 50+ of my co-students who were trying to get into Consulting. Finally, after leaving consulting, I also intensively coached my wife who as a result got offers from McKinsey, BCG and Bain.

Hi! I joined Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant - and rose to Associate Partner, based in New York. During my 8 years at Bain, I was accelerated at each promotion point, and worked out of our New York and London offices. I led recruiting for Associate Consultants (post undergraduate) as well as Consultants (post MBA) in both New York and London. I have coached over 100 individuals, helping them navigate the competitive landscape of management consulting, with a focus on mastering case interviews and refining their applications.

I’ll be joining McKinsey in SF and was the President of UConsulting at UCLA where I mentored dozens of students through consulting recruiting to 20+ successful offers. I know firsthand how opaque and stressful consulting recruiting can feel, especially within the last few years. Through deliberate, structured practice, I developed a repeatable approach to casing that led to standout performance during interviews and internships. During my consulting internship at L.E.K. Consulting, I received feedback that my case performance was exemplary, with no material areas for improvement. I now focus on helping candidates break down cases clearly, think like a consultant, and communicate with confidence - so the process becomes faster, more structured, and far less overwhelming. I also support applicants with resumes, behavioral interviews, and role exploration to help them build a strong foundation for success.

I successfully recruited for an MBA Consultant internship at the Boston Consulting Group and received a return offer upon the end of my internship. While at Kellogg, I have coached dozens of 1st year MBA students interested in consulting in both case and behavioral interviews, networking and the application process as a whole. I led an "interview practice group", meeting with 6 1st year students weekly for 3 months to coach them and give them practice interviews. This position also led me to give practice interviews and detailed advice to many other students, several on an ongoing basis. I have received training from BCG on how to coach and evaluate applicants and have used that to coach dozens of MBA students.

With a robust background in management consulting, I bring over six years of experience at McKinsey & Company, where I rose to Associate Partner in <4 years after joining post-MBA as an Associate. My focus was on manufacturing and supply chain within the Operations practice, but I was involved in recruiting efforts across all practices, both generalist consultants and technical/specialist roles. I have given 100+ interviews and was extremely involved in recruiting, acting as recruiting lead for Chicago in some capacity from 2021-2025. I also hold an MBA from Harvard Business School, where I saw the consulting recruitment process up close as a candidate.
