About Kesan

Kesan is a Deloitte analyst and HBS 2+2 admit who specializes in helping early-career candidates craft standout deferred MBA applications. Drawing from successful admits to Harvard, Columbia, Booth, and Kellogg’s deferred programs, he coaches clients on storytelling, positioning, and strategic career planning. Former clients of his have gone to receive acceptances into HBS, Columbia, MIT, and more. With a background in consulting, leadership development, and storytelling, Kesan brings a tactical, direct, and structured approach to helping applicants articulate their strengths and long-term goals. He focuses on helping clients develop clarity, confidence, and authenticity--especially those pursuing competitive deferred pathways or nontraditional trajectories.

Why do I coach?

I coach because my own journey has been shaped by people who poured into me: mentors, managers, professors, and friends who saw potential before I did. Every milestone I’ve reached has been a collective effort, not an individual achievement. Coaching is my way of paying that forward. I want to be the person in someone else’s corner, offering clarity, direction, and belief just like others did for me.
