I spent seven years at McKinsey, all of which served to help me understand with great clarity what consultants (both at their job, and when they're interviewing candidates) care about, look for, and have curiosity toward when it comes to looking for people with the potential to succeed at top consulting firms. I've managed over 70 consultants and coached over 100 individuals on resume prep, behavioral storytelling, and case interviewing. I believe in breaking down each topic into individual frameworks that help you understand not just how to be successful, but also why the approach works, giving you a roadmap for how to continually develop your skills both in our coaching sessions and in your own individual preparation.

I worked in management consulting for almost a decade across a variety of roles - as a Business Analyst, Associate, Engagement Manager, and Associate Partner. At McKinsey, I was a Faculty member who led analyst and associate trainings and conducted hundreds of hours of interview coaching. At UVA and HBS, I peer coached classmates to prepare for the consulting interview process.

I'm a former Dalberg Project Manager, ex-BCG, Co-Founder and Startup Advisor with 15+ years in business strategy, consulting, finance, and innovation across 6 continents in 9 countries. I have a global track record of strategy and execution in private, public, and social sectors, including as a Project Manager at Dalberg Advisors, Management Consultant at Boston Consulting Group, Consultant with the Tony Blair Institute, and Manager at The Economist. My own diverse background across industries and functions in multiple markets for senior stakeholders has helped others navigate the complexities of strategy consulting, career pivots, narrative development, and overall application improvement to accelerate careers. Having pivoted mid-career into consulting, put my time in at BCG, and exited as a venture-backed founder and entrepreneur, I have personal experience across the entire consulting career lifecycle, with a special awareness that many people seek consulting as a launching pad, not as a lifelong vocation. I've provided case interview preparation for hundreds of candidates who have gone on to BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Deloitte, Strategy&, LEK, and other top-tier firms. I've also worked directly with BCG recruiters on the back end of the recruiting process and continue to retain a robust network within many top firms, ranging from undergrad hires to partners. More broadly, I am incredibly passionate about coaching beyond the nuts and bolts of interview prep. I am also an executive and career coach, working primarily with mid-career professionals (often from tech and consulting backgrounds) to develop professional clarity, an improved sense of personal agency, and increased leadership and executive capacity.
