As a UCLA sophomore with an offer from McKinsey in my freshman summer, I bring very recent firsthand experience of the consulting recruitment process and a strong understanding of the realistic challenges students face today. Moreover, I've judged hundreds of business student applications and coached dozens of students to identify the most helpful advice and components for success.
