With over 14 years of experience in aerospace and defense, I have successfully led diverse, multi-component teams in challenging environments. As an MBA graduate from the University of Michigan, I have focused exclusively on serving clients in the aerospace, defense, space, and aviation sectors. I have advised senior leadership on strategic growth, operational excellence, transformation and implementation, commercial excellence, supply chain optimization, and project/program management. While working at both Accenture and McKinsey, I was an interviewer as well as a campus and veteran recruiting lead. I have the unique blend of transitioning to PM from a sales engineering -> management consulting -> Amazon product manager role. Aside from the coaching in my weekly 1:1's with the two junior PM's I manage, I also conduct learning sessions with my alumni org (illinoispm.com) of 20-30 university students, and I regularly mentor over 50+ students at Carlmont High School. Throughout my entire 10 year career, I have also had 30+ informal sessions to help friends and family optimize their resumes for ATS, and specific job roles.

I worked at McKinsey for over five years, spending the last two as an Engagement Manager in the Swiss office.
