I've spent 20+ years as a management consultant and strategic advisor to Fortune 500 companies across pharma, life sciences, financial services, technology, and CPG – including AT&T, IBM, American Express, Xerox, MetLife, Prudential, McGraw-Hill, Chrysler, Colgate-Palmolive, Campbell Soup, and over 100 other organizations. I help consultants, aspiring consultants, and business leaders navigate the real work of strategy – how to frame the right problem, build a compelling business case, present to executive stakeholders, win new business, and deliver results that actually move the needle. I've done this across industries, company sizes, and engagement types, from boutique agencies to Omnicom Health Group. I also help professionals build and grow independent consulting practices – pricing, positioning, client acquisition, and building frameworks that scale.

I am a child of immigrants who understands what it's like to have high ambitions without institutional and generational knowledge. From my experience going from MBB-reject to sitting on the McKinsey recruiting team, I find immense joy in helping nontraditional applicants step into calm confidence and ace their case interviews. The first time I interviewed with McKinsey, Bain, and BCG, I bombed. I had a rockstar resume, but my case prep was limited to skimming Case in Point and reading cases alone in my room. As a non-traditional applicant, I didn't have the resources and knowledge of what it would take to adequately prepare for MBB interviews. Determined to make a comeback, I reverse-engineered the entire process the following year. I spent hundreds of hours breaking down what it would actually take to get a second chance and be ready on interview day. As a result, I landed a full-time Business Analyst offer with my dream company, McKinsey, where I also served on the Cornell recruiting team. Because of my unique experience, I am well versed not just on what it takes to get an offer, but common mistakes that many candidates make. My journey helping folks land MBB offers started when I TA'ed the Management Consulting Essentials course at the Cornell Johnson School of Business. I worked in management consulting for almost a decade across a variety of roles - as a Business Analyst, Associate, Engagement Manager, and Associate Partner. At McKinsey, I was a Faculty member who led analyst and associate trainings and conducted hundreds of hours of interview coaching. At UVA and HBS, I peer coached classmates to prepare for the consulting interview process.

As a Distinctive (highest performance rating) McKinsey EM, popular people leader, and core member of our recruiting team, I know what it takes to not only get into McKinsey but also perform at the top of your class. During my time at McKinsey I interviewed >100 candidates and sat in >20 decision meetings. I understand the difference between “good” and “great” and love breaking down the complex and opaque interview process into manageable - and even fun - prep work. Hello! As a current MBA candidate at The Wharton School and a former Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), I bring a wealth of experience in navigating stressful application processes. My professional journey started at Cornell University, which led me to strategy and operations at JPMorgan Chase & Co. I then recruiting for management consulting, and received offers from McKinsey and Boston Consulting Group. I joined BCG, and worked across Healthcare, TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom), PIPE (our PE practice), and Consumer. I was highly involved at BCG, including being the Experience Hire Recruiting Lead for the office and being voted as the Cohort Representative for all Consultants. Over the years, I've given over 50 mock case and behavioral interviews to prospective applicants, and I love helping applicants strengthen their skills. My experience with coaching runs beyond BCG.
