Currently an MBA student at Harvard Business School, I previously spent 5 years at Deloitte Consulting developing strategies for Fortune 500 companies and emerging market governments. I also led target school recruiting at the Analyst and Consultant level and have joined Leland with the hopes of helping others break into management consulting.

I successfully broke into Bain as a non-business major at a non-target school. Having just gone through the consulting recruitment process, I understand exactly what it takes to succeed at every stage. I have both given and received over 100 case interviews while mentoring friends and peers, and I am deeply familiar with the behavioral interview process, storytelling, and building strong connections with interviewers. I now joined Leland to work with ambitious students who want clear, structured, and practical guidance across every component of consulting recruiting, from casing and fit to confidence and communication!

In Fall 2017, I was able to secure an offer from McKinsey (the only consulting firm to which I applied, actually!) after being "late to the game" of consulting recruiting. Since then, I have practiced cases and otherwise advised dozens of candidates. I can help candidates focus on the most salient skills for successful recruiting in this industry.

During my 4 years at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), I got the chance to work across a number of industries (healthcare, financial services, public sector) as well as all over Europe, the US and Australia. Coming from a non-business background, I understand what it means to navigate the competitive landscape of management consulting.
