At McKinsey, I focused on large-scale digital transformation across the consumer, real estate, and healthcare sectors—supporting clients on tech strategy, enterprise IT architecture, data governance, and operating model redesign. I led data transformation workstreams, developed integration roadmaps, and identified XXXM+ in AI and automation value for Fortune 100 companies. Internally, I helped launch the NYC chapter of Asians at McKinsey and led the External Affairs workstream—building partnerships with local AAPI nonprofits and driving fundraising and volunteering initiatives. I also built and led the mentorship program for 1,000+ colleagues across McKinsey’s digital and analytics practice. These experiences shaped how I coach: with empathy, tactical precision, and the belief that high performance and authenticity aren’t mutually exclusive.
