I am an engineer, entrepreneur, and leader who helps people think clearly, lead confidently, and make decisions that create lasting impact. I have held both technical and executive positions, leading teams that design and deploy advanced energy systems while building partnerships that shape the future of sustainable infrastructure. I graduated from top universities on two continents and built my career at the intersection of technology, business, and public policy. This combination gives me a unique ability to understand how ideas move from the lab, to the market, to real-world impact. As CEO of Winko Solar, I have worked across Africa, Europe, and the United States to deliver clean power to hospitals and health systems in emerging markets. These experiences taught me that leadership is not just about vision, but about clarity, discipline, and empathy in complex environments. My coaching approach reflects that same balance. I work with individuals and teams navigating transitions, scaling organizations, or leading across cultures. I help them connect purpose with performance, make confident decisions under uncertainty, and lead with authenticity in fast-changing contexts. I believe true success comes from alignment between who you are and what you do. My goal as a coach is to help people find that alignment and lead from it.
