I’ll be joining McKinsey in San Francisco full-time after interning at L.E.K. and KPMG. Beyond firm experience, I led UCLA’s premier consulting club (UConsulting), mentoring dozens of students through recruiting for consulting roles and guiding 10 projects with multiple Fortune 500s and startups. I have connected 300+ students with top firm recruiters through organizing networking events and workshops. I know firsthand how challenging the process is, and I want to make it clearer, faster, and less stressful for you.

As a former Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, I bring extensive experience in management consulting, having led key projects and managed junior members across various industries. I have helped conduct first-round interviews for Bain's AC and ACI program, co-led recruitment programming, and helped dozens of candidates land roles at Bain and other MBB / Top 5 firms. What's up, I'm John Kreider! I'm a first generation college student and former Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. I have personally done over 100 cases and given hundred more, helping dozens of students get offers at McKinsey, Bain, and BCG. I've also gotten others hired from industry, which is an uncommon strength. I was a part of Bain's recruiting team and started 1GEN at Bain (now called "First at Bain"), the affinity group for first generation college students/those from low-income backgrounds (FGLI). My biggest value is that I go beyond case interview prep and instead focus on how to 1) get the interview, 2) nail the soft skills, and 3) case interview perfectly.

I'm a former Dalberg Project Manager, ex-BCG, Co-Founder and Startup Advisor with 15+ years in business strategy, consulting, finance, and innovation across 6 continents in 9 countries. I have a global track record of strategy and execution in private, public, and social sectors, including as a Project Manager at Dalberg Advisors, Management Consultant at Boston Consulting Group, Consultant with the Tony Blair Institute, and Manager at The Economist. My own diverse background across industries and functions in multiple markets for senior stakeholders has helped others navigate the complexities of strategy consulting, career pivots, narrative development, and overall application improvement to accelerate careers. Applied to MBB and worked as an intern, then full time at BCG. As a coach, my feedback will be constructive and will help you reach the next level. My style of coaching is more hands-on, experiential learning and I am big on giving useful feedback , examples, drills, and a customized casing library to help elevate your strengths and work on the areas you need improvement in. My clients have all expressed that they feel a significant improvement in their skills and that coaching has equipped them with all the tools and knowledge needed to crack a case.

Priya joined Smash Capital in April 2022 as a Venture Investor in the Los Angeles investment office. Most recently, Priya worked at March Capital, a growth-stage venture capital fund in Santa Monica focused on B2B SaaS investments. Prior to joining March Capital, Priya received her MBA from Columbia Business School. During her time at Columbia, Priya worked at a seed stage venture capital fund focused on investing in female founded startups, an early-stage venture capital fund that invests in entrepreneurial consumer brands, and an early-stage venture capital fund focused on investing in enterprise businesses. Before business school, Priya worked at Deloitte Consulting where she specialized in transforming business processes at Fortune 500 organizations. At Deloitte, Priya developed global technology solutions for Financial Services clients but served clients in a variety of industries including TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications), Consumer and Packaged Goods, and Professional Services. Outside of client service, Priya worked on a variety of entrepreneurial initiatives including consulting for grassroots organizations in Central America. Priya received her B.B.A from the University of Texas at Austin.

I’ve cased with dozens of preparing interviewers who have gone on to receive offers at McKinsey, Bain & Co, Bain Capital, LEK Consulting, and others! I have received full time offers in Management Consulting, Private Equity, Growth Equity, Venture Capital, and AI operations. I also ran the BYU PE/VC association and have mentored 20+ individuals that have placed into PE/Growth/VC, both directly out of undergrad and after a 1-2 year analyst program in consulting or IB. Left consulting as the first US hire for a Y Combinator backed company to lead GTM Strategy, Sales and Implementation.
